Is this going to cost a fortune?

Not at all. I have several packages to choose from to suit any budget. Plus, all my wedding packages include a proof book (that you get to keep), and a wedding photo album included in the price. Check around and make sure that any package you get from any photographer includes this. Most will only sell the bridal album separate and you wont get to keep the proofs.  See link to Albums Inc.

What happens if you get sick and can’t make it?

When we agree on a package and date, you will know who the back up photographer will be. But, I haven’t missed one yet.

Who are you and why have I not heard of you?

I have been taking photos for about 20 years, but was only taking pictures of friends and family until about 3 years ago when I started accepting outside business. I have not advertised and my word of mouth business created the need for me to expand.

Digital or film?

I was a die-hard medium format film fan until I got my first high resolution digital camera. The quality of image of the Pro digital camera and the instant reviewing of the photo insures a great shot every time. No more click and hope all eyes were open.

What are the quality of the photos? Will the digital image last?

All my edited and finished photos are printed with a matte finish and coating to ensure that your photos last for generations.

Your photographs are copyrighted, will you sell them to anyone?

No. I have a model release form for all photo assignments that include protection from sale to third party for both you and me. I only use pictures for advertisement purposes.

Why do you have a contract and require 50% down at signing?

The contract protects the bride and groom as well as the photographer. All the details and types of shots are written down. This insures that your wedding will be photographed as you wanted and that any special shots you want are part of a check list that you and I go over before the wedding. The deposit is required to guarantee your date.

What happens if I have to change my date? Will you keep my down payment and cancel me?

Just let me know at least 30 days before wedding, and if the date does not conflict there will be no problems. If the date conflicts I will use the back up photographer without penalty to you.

Can you take any black and white shots?

Any shot that I take can be converted to black and white with no loss to image quality. See wedding gallery photos.

Will you show up in shorts and a tank top reeking of cheap booze to my wedding?

My self, and any additional photographers and assistants will be properly dressed in suit and tie for men, and similarly  fashioned for women. I do not drink or do drugs so no problem there.
